While we cannot guarantee that they come from pet-free or smoke-free homes, we do our best to ensure that they are in great condition. We typically respond within 12-24 hours and are dedicated to making sure that your shopping experience with us exceeds your expectations. Payment is required within four days for all auction items. After four days, the order will be canceled and the item will be relisted. If you have any special requests for purchasing an item, please reach out to us before making a purchase. We process and ship all orders within 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Most packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 3-5 days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Please note that USPS does not update tracking information location by location. Please ensure that the address you input during checkout is accurate as we only ship to the address provided. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address and any undeliverable addresses. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days and we will provide a refund or replacement. Returns will not be accepted if the buyer caused any damages to the item. Refunds will be given in the form of money back or we can send you another item of equal or lesser value.
